Supporting Frontline Workers in Their Journey to Wellness

Mission

Renewing hope for the FrontLine by improving lives, and decreasing statistics...

FrontLine Wellness Center evolved due to the unique challenges considered rare to those serving on the Frontline. Growing evidence of PTSD and rising suicide rates, including mental health struggles, significantly impact first responders and the military while directly affecting their families.

FWC identifies with those unique stressors from a shared ‘street-view’ common perspective. That insight helps promote an accepted nonjudgmental, safe, and trusted environment.

Hidden Wounds Matter.

Business Structure

Dawn's background allows her to relate to the multifaceted issues and complexities that frontline workers typically encounter that affect occupational, personal, and family life.

FWC clients learn coping skills and how to manage stress, resulting in improved work performance, personal relationships, and overall health.

By safely processing past and present traumatic experiences, clients learn to manage future distress while on or off duty confidently.

Here’s What People Are Saying

I've been seeing Dawn for over a year.

She is very professional and compassionate. She is very authentic and genuinely cares about her patients. I made tremendous progress after seeing Dawn, and she uses different therapy techniques, including EMDR. I highly recommend Dawn as a therapist. She is very easy-going and easy to talk with.

I have been seeing Dawn for about 2 years.

She has helped me organize my thoughts and feelings. I feel less overwhelmed after a visit. I think it is extremely helpful that she understands the Fire/EMS world.
